Now practices Nutritional & Metabolic TeleMedicine,
as well as local/ in-person and international phone consulting, in Tucson, AZ.
He is having to do this through a Federal private membership association legal structure, because the Arizona Medical Board, totally-unfairly, stupidly, and evilly, revoked his state medical license on 10 October, 2008. Its lawyer vs. Dommisse, Michael Sillyman, of the Kutak Law Firm in Scottsdale, LIED to the Board on the day it voted in the administrative court, when he said that the Board does not officially recognize the allopathic practice field of nutrition. Dommisse has never harmed a patient and, as you can see on this website and elsewhere, gets much better results/ outcomes than most physicians around the world, let alone in the US or Arizona.
This would never have happened if his lawyers, Sheldon Lazarow of Tucson, and Kraig Marton and Mark Bogard of the Jaburg & Wilk law firm in Phoenix, had had a clue about how to defend a nutritional physician in front of the state medical board, which is supposed to be their specialty in regard to physicians in general; and if the attorney-general, Terry Goddard, and his assistant AG, Jennifer Boucek, had not invoked a technicality to prevent Dommisse from appealing the license revocation in the Arizona Superior Court.
